Terms for using Seen

The service

Seen lets a Member create one Profile and share selected marketing work through a Published Profile and Impact Cards. The launch service is provided without charge. Paid features require separate terms before they can apply.

Your access and content

Keep your login methods secure and provide accurate contact details. You remain responsible for content you enter and must have the rights needed to publish it. You give the publisher a non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and deliver that content only as needed to operate Seen and honour your publication choices. You keep ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Seen unlawfully; impersonate another person; publish confidential, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material; probe or bypass security controls; automate abusive traffic; or interfere with another Member's access. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect Members, the service, or legal rights.

Availability and changes

Seen is an early service and may change. Reasonable care will be used to keep it available and preserve Member data, but uninterrupted operation is not promised. Material term changes will be communicated before they apply where required. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Ending use

You may stop using Seen and ask the contact below about export or deletion. Access may be ended for a material breach, legal requirement, or serious security risk. Publication can be turned off independently from keeping a private Profile.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability, or another liability that law does not permit the publisher to limit. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to damage that was typical and reasonably foreseeable when the service was used.

Applicable law and disputes

German law applies to the extent a choice of law is permitted. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and the courts available to you under applicable law are not displaced. No exclusive venue is imposed on consumers by these terms.
